1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the z577 online gaming platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user of the platform ("you", "user"). z577 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. The following documents may be requested:

• National ID Card (NID) or a copy of your passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used

If verification is not completed within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods are available for depositing funds on the z577 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank).

Deposited funds are only accepted from a payment account registered in the name of that user. Depositing funds from a third-party account is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following rules apply when withdrawing funds from your account:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment account used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal processing may be on hold until account verification is complete.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.3 Transaction Verification

z577 reserves the right to investigate any unusual or suspicious transaction and to request additional documents if necessary. In the event of fraudulent or deceptive transactions, the account will be closed and the relevant authorities will be notified.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at z577 receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and get ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳12,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus → total balance ৳22,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

Please keep the following points in mind regarding bonuses:

• Each bonus may have a specific validity period. Any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
• Multiple bonuses may not be active at the same time.
• z577 reserves the right to modify or cancel a bonus under special circumstances.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the account will be closed.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

• Legal or regulatory requirements.

8.2 User Rights

You may request closure of your account at any time. Before the account is closed, all pending bets must be settled and the balance must be withdrawn. To voluntarily close your account, please contact our support team.

9 Limitation of Liability

The z577 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We accept no liability for the following:

• Games lost due to internet connectivity issues or technical problems.
